Controls:

WASD for movement

SHIFT+WASD for horizontal boosters

SPACE for vertical boosters

LMB, RMB - hand weapons

Q, E -shoulder weapons

F to zoom camera 

For singleplayer just run the game

For multiplayer you will need your steam client open, and the steam account region must be set the same for all people you want to play with.  Steam must show you are playing SpaceWar as this game is currently using test ID. If for some reason your session cannot be find send friend invite through steam.

For mutiplayer without steam you can emulate local network with programms like hamachi
